Organized on behalf of the French Ministry for Ecology and Sustainable Development, this year ’Fête des Transports et de la Mobilité durables’ will be the official event opening the ’European Mobility Week’.
This 2008 edition is a great challenge for Transports Passion team.
CONCEPT
Control energies and transport makes part of the main current concerns. Thus, 2008 ’Fête des Transports et de la Mobilité durables’ is definitely dedicated to clean mobility. The idea is to ’reconcile’ Transports and Sustainable development by presenting the latest researches and innovations.
Clean energies for clean transports are displayed in the Sustainable Mobility Village with an original and ambitious layout. Sponsors and exhibitors participate in the village to illustrate the different themes: R&D / Solar, wind and water energy / Hydrogen / Biofuels / Gas / Nuclear / Muscular energy.
LOCATION
Studies are in process on several Parisian places likely to be a scenery up to this great event: Champs-Elysées, Invalides, Trocadéro… The cities of Lyon and Montpellier already work on a regional adaptation of the event.
Toujours placée sous l’égide du Ministère de l’Ecologie, du Développement et de l’Aménagement durables, la « Fête des Transports et de la Mobilité durables » devient cette année l’événement officiel d’ouverture de la «Semaine Européenne de la Mobilité ».
